We stayed at the Arla Exclusive apartment in Dubrovnik and had an incredible experience. the owner, Zara, was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to meet all of our needs. the apartment itself was perfect , comfortable, clean, and very cool. the interior was modern and pleasing to the eye, with a balcony, A/C, and plenty of windows. the location was also ideal, with the beach, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and transportation options right outside. It was only a short 10, minute bus ride from the famous Dubrovnik city walls. all the excursions we went on picked us up from this convenient location. We felt safe in the area, which was also incredibly picturesque. We would highly recommend this apartment , it truly deserves a 10/10 rating. Cons: Nothing 🚫.

The apartment had a great location, with easy access to the beach and bus stops. the views from the balcony were stunning, especially during sunset. the apartment was well-equipped, making our stay comfortable and convenient.

That the bedroom had a low roof space, which could be a bit uncomfortable, especially for taller individuals. Another drawback was the ongoing construction work in the area, which disrupted the peace and tranquility of the surroundings.

The apartment had a great location, with easy access to the promenade, beach, and bus into Old Town. The loft and staircase added a unique touch, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The host was lovely and attentive, always available for communication. a fantastic stay!

I had the most exceptional experience at this modern and clean apartment just steps away from the beach in Lapad. I loved that there was a cafe, supermarket, and bakery nearby, making everything convenient. The staff went above and beyond, with Maro even giving us a ride to the ferry. Being only 10 minutes from Dubrovnik old town by local bus, this is the perfect spot for anyone wanting beach time and easy access to the city. I highly recommend Apartments Arla Exclusive for a wonderful stay.

The owner was super kind, and the apartment was mind-blowingly beautiful, clean, and well-decorated. The kitchen had all the devices you could think of, including a jaw-dropping coffee maker. The location was ideal, with the beach just around the corner and a bus stop right next to the complex. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay away from the touristy part of the city.

The free garage parking was a lifesaver, because finding a parking spot in this city is totally stress-free. The location near Lapad Beach was great too, I mean, who doesn't love being surrounded by tourists all the time?

The WiFi was a total dream, I loved spending my vacation in the hallway searching for a signal. So much fun!

I recently stayed at Apartments Arla Exclusive for a couple of months and it was fantastic! The loft unit with the unique staircase was amazing and the kitchen had everything I needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the promenade, beach, and bus stop. The off-site host was attentive and lovely. Highly recommended!

It was a fantastic vacation! The lessor was extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment at Arla Exclusive was well equipped and had a great view of the bay and the city from the small balcony. We loved the convenience of having shops, cafes, and a bakery right in the courtyard. The bus station across the road made it easy to explore the old town, and it was also a pleasant 30-35 minute walk to the center, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. The modern appliances in the fully equipped apartment made our stay even more comfortable.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
